Helen challenges Chancellor on threat to mid-level skills

Yesterday I asked the Tory Chancellor what was being done about the threat to mid-level skills in the UK.

With apprenticeships collapsing under the apprenticeship levy, plus an 11.1% drop in adult education last year, we are facing a huge skills shortage. Further education institutions across the country, like the excellent Bishop Auckland College, are facing the hardest cuts under the Tories.
