Helen tackles government on poor patient transport in rural areas

During a recent debate on patient transport issues in rural areas I raised my concerns about the poor service that some residents are experiencing in Bishop Auckland constituency. Old people are now refusing to go to hospital appointments because they are worried about whether they can get there and get back, because the transport is so bad. This is not just a transport issue but fundamentally a health issue.
