Helen will be formally presenting a public petition to the House of Commons to challenge the closure of Ward 6 at Bishop Auckland Hospital.

Sign the petition below:

Closure of Ward 6, Bishop Auckland General Hospital

To the House of Commons, The petition of residents of County Durham. Declares that the government’s policy of underfunding the NHS, our country’s most valued institution, is leading to the closure of Ward 6 of Bishop Auckland General Hospital. The petitioners therefore request that the House of Commons urge the Department for Health and Social Care to fund the County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust sufficiently to prevent further closures to services, including those in Ward 6.
Helen Goodman would like to send you email updates about the Ward 6 campaign, and other constituency news and parliamentary activity. If you would like to get these updates, please tick the boxes above. If you do not want these updates, you do not have to do anything.
